Featured Photographer Misty Jump

I'm a mother to 3 girls(19, 16, &6). I'm a Military spouse. We have been married for almost 6 years. They all are my biggest supporters. We live in a small town called Canton, Illinois 3 hours from Chicago.

I have loved Photography since I was a kid and hear alot I wanted or had to have a camera in my hands at all times. I did yearbook in school, but with not being popular it wasn't the greatest experience for me. It didn't turn me away, made me go harder. I used my Powershot camera(my 6 year old now uses)and phone to do my photos til my amazing husband bought me my baby for my birthday(April 2019)now I have her out all the time and jumping on people if they need or want photos done. Even though I'm still new, and have so much to learn there are amazing people who are helping me. This Magazine and group are my wings at times.

I specialize in Family portraits, children portraits and Landscaping. I have some Weddings in the near future. Looking forward to being a Traveling Wedding Photographer.

I shoot with a Canon Rebel T6. I don't have a favorite, other than Camera in hand. I would sleep with her if I could.

My favorite ice cream is Vanilla(from our local small ice cream shop)with cookie dough.
